Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1. By participating in this competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The competition is open to all GARO Consumer Unit installers that have installed our XL Wide Range boards. Only the purchasing company/party of the product is eligible to claim the prize.

2.2. All XL wide plastic GARO consumers units are part of this competition.

3. Entry Requirements

3.1. The competition starts in June 2024.
3.2. To enter the competition, participants must scan the QR code provided on the winning ticket and fill in all the necessary details including the claim number.

4. Prizes

4.1. The prize of the Golden Ticket, valued at €1,000.
4.2. The prize of a Golden Nugget, valued between €50 - €250.
4.3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
4.4. GARO Electric Limited reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

5.1. Winners will be chosen from the person who locates the valid winning ticket in the GARO consumer unit that they have purchased. And valid entries received by QR code.
5.2. Winners will be notified by a GARO Team member within 10 working days of receiving the entry.
5.3. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 90 days of notification, GARO Electric Limited reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

6. Publicity

6.1. By entering the competition, participants agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material.

7. Liability

7.1. GARO Electric Limited is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the competition or the use of the prize.

8. Data Protection

8.1. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current Ireland data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.

9. General

9.1. GARO Electric Limited reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice.
9.2. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
